Taking a look back at how technology in real estate has changed, reminded me to take a moment to reflect on the wonderful people with whom I have worked through the years…my prior real estate brokers. They each “took me under their wing”, taught me, mentored me and gave me a great foundation on which to build my real estate career. I am forever grateful to each and all of them!
My “Real Estate Roots” come from my parents, Nick and Dena Papageorge, both Realtors in Denver from 1949 and 1952, respectively!
My first real estate brokers were Ted and John Essres, and their sister Mary Essres Guadagnoli, Essres and Company, Realtors, back in 1970 when I was first licensed.
In 1984, I founded The Castlewood Company, Realtors and in 1994 I joined the Metro Brokers Southeast Suburban Office.
From these brokers and friends, I learned how to build the foundation of a good real estate practice. They were excellent mentors and many of the basics that I learned from them over the years, I still apply today. From them, I learned the importance of SERVICE, INTEGRITY, BEING INNOVATIVE, PROFESSIONAL ETHICS and much more! When I founded The Castlewood Company, Realtors, one of my goals was to be the kind of real estate broker that trained me!
Today, I look at the Metro Brokers Southeast Suburban Team, with whom I am associated, and find myself amongst the BEST OF THE BEST of real estate brokers in Denver. I am fortunate to work with such outstanding colleagues.
I hold much admiration and gratitude for all of these individuals. I have taken what I have learned from them, applied myself and my beliefs and continue to strive to provide the best real estate service to my clients.
I hope to be of service to you or someone you care about. I’m just a phone call or email away! 303-930-2213 or victoria@victoriagartelos.com
